Listening to some tunes on YouTube and a song popped up - Another Day In Paradise (Phill Collins). Made me remember your legendary performance! You must have been 9 years old, but you sang and acted out every word of that song at Howe Dell's Got Talent - Shit! You were good! People were crying. Even your teacher was crying. Sadly, you came second (Cruella DeVille decided one of the governors kids crappy magic act should win), but I remember walking through Hatfield town centre the next day and half a dozen parents (and a teacher) coming up to me and telling me you should have won. You did win. Me and your mum, we remember. If Matthew could see it, he would both laugh his head off and cry at the same time. Beautiful genius - you both have it. Even then, you didn't understand why people should have to live on the streets. Miss you son.
